Weaken Questions
Overview
Weaken questions ask you to find information that makes an argument less convincing. The correct answer attacks the link between evidence and conclusion.
1.Find the assumption the argument depends on
2.Look for answers that show the evidence doesn't support the conclusion
3.Alternative explanations and counterexamples weaken arguments
4.The correct answer doesn't need to destroy the argument — just reduce its force

Answer B:

✗Choosing answers that weaken a different argument
✗Selecting answers that are irrelevant tangents
✗Picking answers that strengthen instead of weaken
